Rachel first joined Waterford Country School in 2001 and spent 15 years as a clinical social worker across various programs, including residential treatment, foster care, and education. For the past nine years, she has served as a school social worker in New London Public Schools. In June of 2025, Rachel returned to WCS as the Director of Education. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Messiah College, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University, and a Sixth-Year Degree in Educational Leadership from Sacred Heart University.
