Wildlife Rehabilitation
Waterford Country School’s Wildlife Rehabilitation Center is part of the Outdoor Education Center.
Licensed rehabilitators work with Animal Control and the local community to rescue injured wildlife.
WCS becomes a home to over 200 animals per year. Those animals that sustain permanent injuries and would not be able to survive in the wild can find a permanent home on the WCS campus.
At Waterford Country School we strive to assist in healing children and animals. We use this mission constantly as we allow our students to be a part of the process \of rehabilitating and caring for injured wildlife.
